Doorlume ("we," "us") provides automated lead response, qualification, and appointment scheduling for real estate agents and teams ("clients"). This policy explains what information we handle and how.
Information we collect
- Contact details a person submits to one of our clients, such as name, phone number, and email address.
- Information shared in conversation, such as home search preferences, budget range, timeline, and preferred appointment times.
- Business contact details from agents who contact us about our services.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries, answer questions, and schedule appointments on behalf of our clients.
- To send a summary of the conversation to the client agent the person contacted.
- To keep records that help us run, monitor, and improve the service.
Text messaging
We send text messages only to people who have asked to be contacted about a property or real estate service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the client agent the person contacted, and with service providers that help us operate (such as messaging, email, and calendar services), who may use it only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts or emails by replying STOP, or ask us to access or delete your information by emailing hello@doorlume.com.

By using this website or communicating with Doorlume, you agree to these terms.
The service
Doorlume sends automated messages on behalf of real estate agents to reply to inquiries, gather information, and schedule appointments. Automated messages are for convenience and may occasionally contain errors. Property details, availability, and pricing should be confirmed with the agent.
Text messaging terms
- If you check the optional text-message box on a lead form, you agree to receive text messages from Doorlume related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No professional advice
Doorlume is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate, legal, lending, or financial advice. All real estate services are provided by the licensed agent you contacted.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Doorlume is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
