These Terms of Service apply to Doorlume ("Doorlume," "we," "us"), an automated lead response service for real estate agents. By using this website, submitting an inquiry on a lead form that uses Doorlume, or communicating with Doorlume, you agree to these terms.
The service
Doorlume sends automated messages on behalf of real estate agents to reply to inquiries, gather information about your home search, and schedule appointments. Automated messages are for convenience and may occasionally contain errors. Property details, availability, and pricing should be confirmed with the agent.
SMS text messaging terms
Program: Doorlume sends you text messages about the home inquiry you made with a real estate agent we work with: a welcome reply, answers to your questions, and a link to book a call or showing.
Consent: You receive texts from Doorlume only if you check the optional text-message box on the agent's lead form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See an example at doorlume.com/sms.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
Doorlume is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate, legal, lending, or financial advice. All real estate services are provided by the licensed agent you contacted.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Doorlume is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
